I know how it feels !! It's my first weekend since I joint MFP. I was behaving quite well until the weekend, Oppss!! My "Weekend Planning" is to allow myself to sort of "enjoy" without crossing the border. Then I TRY to slot in some exercise :(

I dont own a scale either. I am too shy to weight in my gym (where the location of the scale is full of males) :( Sometimes(extremely rare), I weight on the scale which is belong to my bf's mum which ages at least more than 7 years LOL. I always got the same reading (for almost a year). And now, I am doubted if its working…

Hi, I have no idea how to deal with Chronic Fatigue. But I(personally) do think that hitting the gym 5 times a week is a lil too much. If i were you, I would start with something small, like walking (or fast walking), easy on treadmill, swimming.. etc for short duration. :-)

You are SOOO RIGHTTTT about the "just a FEW minutes" which turns into whole night.
