You could be overweight, but you are not TOO fat. And let me explain myself. For those at such weight, they are screaming out loud that they are TOO FATTT. I mean, it is not necessary to do it on DAILY BASIS lol

Well, this works for me (and it does not mean that it works for other).. I actually weight myself every morning. I dont take it seriously but I do keep track of it. To see where I am. This is because I tend to gain 5-6 lbs during my period (~3 days before/after). All the best!

An emotional eater, I am and not proud of it... I try to do something better (which burns cal) like swimming with my friend or bf.. which I kinda enjoy it and it does not make me feel like ohh I am working out / getting tired or breathless. I take it as an hangout.
