Lots of great info on lifting and or body weight workouts. People will advocate for both - really it is what works for you. www.nerdfitness.com - Really good bodyweight workout ideas - although they can get a little routine. I like to do this rotation and add in additional core work.…
Not necessary. I suggest start now, lifting heavy, look into starting strength, new rules of lifting for women, etc. Lifting heavy now, will help you retain the muscle you already have.
ordered new rules of Lifting for women, today as it has been recommended by several people!

no it's not hot to the touch. I think I'm going to still go to the gym and just see how it affects me. If I'm in horrible pain, I'll stop of course. Thanks everyone!

I'm from the South and hear this a lot. I'm also used to dealing with construction workers and such, and have worked with all men for the past ten years. Over the years of getting to know their true personalities, for the ones I have encountered at least...it's endearing. They can think of me as sweet and all that good…

I don't know I guess I have not noticed anyone treating me differently. I've always been a social butterfly, and still am for the most part. I just noticed lately I seem to quite myself more. I am most self conscious with my husband. The crazy thing is, he's been with me through it all. He's never once said anything about…

Our Golden Retriever Katie is just OCD. She has a path she has to follow from the yard to the steps, she lays all her poops in a row no lie (front yard looks like a poop assembly line), and after she eats she runs to carpeting and rubs her mouth back and forth on the carpet. Our rescue Pitt Bella, she's just a big old…

1) My Golden retriever, Katie and Rescue Pitt Bull Bella will both be at the door barking, wagging, and sniffing me to no end until I demand they MOVE 2) My son usually walks in and says, "ello Mrs. Govna" 3) My daughter says, "what are you cooking" 4) The dogs follow me around until I pat their heads or give them some…

Kind of wondering if I'll have the same results. I'm on day 10 of Level 1, but I've been actually doing it about 2.5 weeks. This is because I do Zumba three days a week as well as run two days a week. I guess I'll retake pics and measure/weight at day 10. My daughter hasn't been as committed and only on day 7 over a 2.5…

Hmmm never really thought about it until now! I know for my 40th as a huge reward in 4 years I want everything nipped and tucked if it hasn't on its own. I'm 27 lbs away from my goal of 100 lbs lost. I always buy new clothes as rewards when I drop a size. I've already done the budoir shoot and doing it again for my man for…

day 6, level 1, def getting easier. However I've test level 2, ugh! Anyway, taking me longer because I'm only doing it about 2-3 days a week since I do zumba and run as well. I have lost 1.5 lbs in the past week I've been doing it!
