I don't teach, but just attend. My Zumba instructor loves her job because she can go to school and do this. We do Mon, Tues and Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and Wednesday 8-9 am. She charges $4 per session or $30/month.

We are on day four, level one. I decided I wanted more time today. So my daughter and I decided to do level two, then we would do level one right after. Nope! We got ten mins into level two, then went to the nature trace by our house and ran instead lol. We will resume level one tomorrow!

I started a week ago at the advice of my Zumba instructor. So every day we plank (7 days a week), we started at 40 seconds (some do 30) and increase it by 10 seconds every two days. I'm on 80 seconds right now with three different planking poses...man I can feel it to! Love it!
