exactly, and what a reward those people usually are. People see us together (judging), wow they don't match lol! People have got to learn the beauty of the heart before making assumptions

or for some, it's like armor for them....keeping people away. People that don't judge will not let the tattoos bother them, and will get through that tough exterior to the heart underneath it all. (example: my hubby)

MFP (myfitnesspal) calculates calories burned for your height and weight. Where as a HRM (heart rate monitor) such as Polar FT4, uses an actual heart rate monitor on a strap you wear, along with your stats to calculate calories burned....which is much more accurate. Take a Buddy to laugh with...the first time I was like nope, never again. Then I realized the calories burned and kept going back. It took me three weeks to get the moves down pat!

good that's what I do even with Zumba! If it hurts (like an injury) I let up or stop. I'd rather go at a slower pace than not be able to exercise at all due to an injury.

I've ordered it, and plan to begin it after the holidays. My question to you is, is someone of my size going to be able to do this? I do Zumba for 1 hour 3x a week and walk 3.1 miles twice a week. I'm 229 lbs 5'4

bump (saving this post for when I get mine) Getting one for Christmas along with the Aria Scale. I've just recently bought a Polar FT4 to use as well since everything I've read leads me to believe the flex lacks in some of the cardio area.
