I'm at 71 lbs total (ticker is well after I started loosing) I have 30 lbs to my original goal, probably going tod add 30 more to that. No surgery, no fads, just eating right and working hard!

Most disappointing moment was my first use of my HRM and the five after that lol. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong. My height and weight + and hour of Zumba is almost 1,000 calories! Love it!

My go to meal is a peanut butter, banana smoothie. (1 cup fat free milk, 6 ice cubes, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla), you can also replace the peanut butter with hazelnut spread. Other choice meal is usually boiled egg, fat free milk, peanut butter on white wheat, banana/or other fruit.

My ankle wasn't bad at all, my back wasn't too bad except for one spot, an my foot oh dear hell it was more painful than having kids! However, it only took all of ten minutes. There is a pain scale pic on google that helps you realize the different location pain levels.

Thanks for the input! I do a lot of cardio, Zumba 3x a week and walking 3.1 miles twice a week. Thinking of starting 30 day shred as well. I think I'll go ahead and get the polar in the meantime until Christmas when I get he fitbit flex.

I personally love Zumba! I also add an arm and ab workout to that. I use the 5 minute ab workout on my ipad app, and I have an arm routine. I do Zumba for 1 hour, 3x a week and I walk/jog 3.1 miles 2x a week.
