I appreciate any and all feedback as I've just started c25k. I'm so far enjoying it, and it seems I'll reach my goal. However, being new to running I just wanted to get everyone's recommendations. What few I have are below (mostly what I already had on hand) Socks (ordered some Balegas) but currently just using my adidas…

Just a few tips if you do get a flex, get an extra "dongle" if you work that way you have one at home and work to sync. I also wanted the pink band to begin with but it got dirty really easily. So I ordered black and it's not as dirty

It seems as though what you are wanting to use it for would be to get more active by walking. I got mine this past Christmas. I have the fitbit flex and a polar FT4 HRM. I wear my Fitbit 24/6 lol, I charge it on Sundays! I love that I can see my progress all day, that way I can get my butt moving if I haven't been very…

I'm an office manager/bookkeeper/property manager lol, many hats I wear! On good weeks (sometimes I just don't have time) I meal prep on Sundays for the entire week! It's a saving grace! Also have my Graze boxes delivered to my office for snacks to be on hand!

1) lost my virginity 2) got pregnant I no longer drink

When I started (didn't start using MFP until well into my journey) I weighed a little over 300 lbs. Now 226

honestly for Zumba, I just bought the $25 Target tennis shoes, they aren't rubbery on bottom, slick like
-
personally when I started I was more than you, but have dropped down to about your weight. I noticed 1) cheaper shoes that aren't as grippy work better for zumba 2) do jumps and such as my body allows, pushing but not to the point of injury 3) drink plenty of water 4) stretch before and after

lol, these were good

I love them all, and the meanings! keep them coming

6 oz of grilled chicken breast, and a baked sweet potato. I have been crazy hungry all day and am so glad I prepped my lunches for the week. I needed this protein today in a bad way.

Fiber one brownies, Syntha 6 chocolate milkshake or cookies and cream protein shake. Got some quest bars, but not too sure about them

"omg my butt is jiggling so bad, oh hell who cares at least I'm not at home on the couch" "bish you can do this" "bish shut your lazy self up and just do it" "crap, my butt is sweating everyone thinks I peed myself" "am I the only person who's butt sweats?" oh, wait you meant motivational wise? "bish get it done" I'm mean…

I'm at a very small town gym. literally four treadmills and one elliptical. NO ONE ever cleans except my friend, my husband, and myself! Leaving that nasty ball, butt and coochie sweat for everyone else! Dude that's gross as heck. My only issue is the guys look at me crazy when I walk to the free weight area. Hubby's issue…

makes sense I guess. I'm pushing but not over exerting as the book says. I'm 226 still 26 from my original goal of losing 100 lbs. 5'4" in height. I deadlift right now bar+10 lbs on each side so 65 lbs. Lat pulldown 65 lb, squats bar+5lbs each so 55 lbs. I am able to do two reps of 15 of each of these. The second rep right…

feel free to add me. I've got a few myself and the hubby is sleeved up. We get those looks all the time, screw em...they just wish they looked as good as us. Small minded people don't deserve your time. If they pre-judge you, then they don't get the reward of what an awesome person is underneath!
-
If I went from a size 26 to an 18, and still losing...yes, you'd be surprised what your body is "built for". Don't let that stay in your head. The question is, "are you up to it?"

Have always wanted to wear trousers but with my tiny waist and big @ss, they are a no go. However, Lane Bryant has a new curvy trouser which fit awesome! I was so excited and took my pic. I look at the pic so excited to see how it looked, BAM screw the pants I had lower arm muscle definition!!!! Heck yeah. added the pic to…

Welcome! You can do this for sure. I was 301 at my starting weight. Down a total of 74 lbs, with another 26 to go until my original goal. That has been reset recently to a total goal of 130. Take pics, get good support (MFP is a great start), and good luck!
