Definitely bulking here. Also my diary is open and I eat around 4,000 calories daily so if you need suggestions feel free to take a look or ask!

Hey welcome to MFP! First off you can minimize fat gain while bulking but inevitably, you will put on some fat pounds along with your hard earned muscle. And I would not follow what this site recommends for your macros at all. Customize them so that your protein is as close to your bodyweight as possible (so about 170g…

I would maybe eat a couple tablespoons of peanut butter or something like she said up there and then feel free to go 100-200 over in the next couple of days. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe a pound of fat is like 3500 calories, so if weight loss is your goal just make sure you average close to that number…

I love roller hockey! I've been playing since I was about 8. And no worries man! I'm sure you're on the right track, you should get back into playing if possible! Do you keep up with the NHL? I'm assuming yes because of your name haha. This lockout is killing me though, owners and players alike need to get over their egos…

Lately I've been getting on here all the time lol, I love being able to track my calorie intake and foods and exercise. And break ups always suck! I'm sure you'll come back stronger than before though :)

I follow a ketogenic diet, which naturally suppresses appetite! I'd suggest it to anyone, I feel amazing on it. Better than ever before.

Hahaha cracked me up!

Yeah I'm just looking for something for "active rest" days. I'll try it out and hopefully it helps!

How is the x stretch? I have the DVDs still and need to work on flexibility some. Would you suggest x stretch for this?
-
Yeah definitely I always have some nolva just in case

Mmm the good stuff haha I got some sd a while back, can't decide when to use it though

Exactly what went through my head when I read this lol But OP I would just gradually increase the calories and keep track of your weight week by week and make adjustments accordingly. And like others have said, I'm sure talking to your doc could help.

Great work so far man! Just curious though if you don't mind me asking, what D/S supps are you taking during this?

Bacon cheeseburgers! Mmmmmmm lol

Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I'll take everything into account!

Except that it does work and it works great. Add me and follow my log if you would like to see

Congrats on your dead lifting milestone! Also I'm currently working on cleaning up my diet while continuing to lift around the 5-8 rep range. I stick to a high fat and protein diet, eating only about 5-10% carbs a day and I'm loving it. I'll send you a friend request though! I'm always interested in keeping up with other…

I'm eating a high protein and fat(healthy fats of course :D) diet with very little carbs and about a 500 calorie deficit and I've never felt better! Every weekend except for the first one I have like a 24 hr window to eat what I want(high carbs) within reason. This coupled with 4 days of strength training and 2-3 days of…

I would follow the given diet plan exactly! I did p90x for 4 weeks and saw more changes in muscle definition and fat loss than ever before. Unfortunately then I went to Mexico for a week to scuba dive and drank copious amounts of alcohol..... Lol But good luck! P90x is a great program, especially when your diet is clean.…

Do you lift weights regularly? And if so do you usually lift heavy? Healthy fats like omega 3s are good for helping to cushion joints, as well as all the other endless health benefits I'm sure you've heard of. Also a glucosamine and condroitin supplement could help to some degree. I have tendinitis (golfers and tennis…

You sir, are a genius! I may have to try this once I run out of the GNC wheybolic(surprising to me very good in chocolate) I have now. I'm sure it's a fraction of the price of most flavored whey too, correct?

Nice work man! You and I have very similar goals, I'm down to follow along!

This! Healthy, lots of calories, and delicious. Maybe slice up some banana and make it peanut butter and banana sandwich!
