I feel the same way, I eat well, exercise lots, drink water , and yet I am stalled. I have to just keep pushing! It will work out! :)

Hello My name is Ali, I am on Day 13 of the 30 day shred, Level 2. I have not missed one day yet and am making it my purpose not to skip a single day even with other work out or activities planned. So far so good and only a few days off from the half way mark! We can all do it!

I'm doing both and it seems to be working fine, WW helps build healthier habits etc. It doesn't make sense to me that some on MfP to lose weight and eat pizza, Doritos ice cream Ect everyday And can still lose and keep the weight off healthy. I am doing WW and MFP at the same time. I find that my points and calories end up being about the same equalization. I have never done WW before so I figured I would give it a try for 3 months ( it was a free gift to me) and see how it goes. Ill let you know how I find it at the end of 3 months. Im am on day 7 of level 1. I notice a difference in my stamina already. Although i am excited to start level 2 as I am a little bored with level 1 :)

Yes dont panic too much, everyone gets sick! Just stay motivated in your mind! Use this time to plan out meals in advance, or plan out new fitness routines so that you are stoked to start again once you are better.. feel better soon :)

I agree that you cannot force someone to do something that they do not want to do. They have to want to do it for themselves, and sometimes forcing someone will just make it worse. Is there a fun exercise related activity you two could do together? Ice skating, swimming, a class together at the gym, or martial arts? Try…

My office is like that as well. Luckily I have my own office so I am steps away from all the bad food, but when I have to go speak with someone it is soooo tempting to eat what is out there! I usually have a few sips of water right before I leave my office. Also eat fruit! I always eat fruit and it curbs the sweet cravings…
