1. Try cashews. Also, try adding a handful of chopped walnuts to salads and rice dishes. Cook the rice and when you take the pan off the burner stir in a handful of chopped walnuts or slivered almonds before serving (I also sometimes add a small handful of dried cranberries too).

I've only been using MFP for two weeks and have lost 6 lbs......still a long way from at least 70, but for first time in my live really feel this is doable. Let's not give up!
