My favorite go to quick and healthy lunch is 1/2 a bag of frozen veggies, 3-6oz frozen chicken + 1/2 Tsb of olive oil, and a few shakes of garlic salt, & Italian seasoning. Just stick in a microwavable Tupperware container and nuke in 1min increments until warm (about 4 min) Its great for when your in a rush in the morning…

Depends on your weight loss goals. The deficit is calculated when you select how many pounds you want to loose per week (on Weekly Goal in MFP's Goals tab). Hope that helps
