I lost 4 pounds but with no significant inch loss. In fact, I gained 0.5 inches on each thigh:sad: I have moved on to JMBR and trying to stick to the recommended 1200 calories a day to see if I will see inch loss in the thighs!

My thighs! I completed insanity before starting JBMR and would you believe my thighs got half an inch thicket to now measure a solid 23 inches:sad:

5 3" and my goal weight is 114. I am currently at 126 pounds.

Max cardio and Insane abs completed. I shall definitely not miss insane abs. I am not going to do a second round of Insanity as I don't think my knees can take it. Plus I am heartily sick of waking up at 5 am. I think I shall move on to JM's Body Revolution for a much needed break.

Max plyo for me too. I can't believe that I have gotten all this way without skipping a single workout:happy: However, I am definitely looking forward to moving on from insanity as my knees are starting to hurt especially when I take the stairs. Will definitely move to something lower impact. Good luck to all of you.

Max cardio conditioning and insane abs done. Max cardio is my favourite workout in month two simply because there are no intervals. I am not crazy about redoing exercises. I must say this is the first time I have completed insane abs as I usually give up as I cannot do most of the sitting ab exercises.

Max plyometrics for me too today. I cannot for the life of me perform even one of those side push ups. Hoping I shall be able to do it by the time I am through with insanity. I still have a few aches and pains from max interval sports training but I was able to get through the workout quite decently. Good luck to the rest…
