  • Booty booster workout out for me today. Was a bit clumsy with the squat and leg lifts but did OK with all the other exercises.

  • Cardio 4 Brazilian Booty for me today. The Capoiera with knee lift was very challenging for me and I am sure I did not do it with great form. The soreness has eased so I am glad.

  • Yoga done and dusted. Thought I was going to have an easy time but boy was I wrong! My butt muscles are still sore which gives me hope that the exercises are working.

  • Tabata for me too. Did all the advanced moves except for the mountain climbers. I usually do not stretch before the workout as the 10 minutes are added after I am done with my Body revolution workout for the day.

  • Didn't do my last 2 workouts last week so had to do the both of them back to back yesterday which would have been my rest day. My butt and thighs are quite sore but I was still able to do the sexy beach body workout today which means I am back on track.

  • I lost 4 pounds but with no significant inch loss. In fact, I gained 0.5 inches on each thigh:sad: I have moved on to JMBR and trying to stick to the recommended 1200 calories a day to see if I will see inch loss in the thighs!
  • My thighs! I completed insanity before starting JBMR and would you believe my thighs got half an inch thicket to now measure a solid 23 inches:sad:
  • I just joined this group and haven't posted anything yet. However my vote is against a merger.
  • I am on Day 3!
  • Day 2 and 3 done! I am a little sore but I shan't be taking the rest day tomorrow as I do not want to workout on Sunday.

  • Completed my first workout too. It was quite easy except for the Bulgarian split squats. Was having a bit of difficulty balancing. Looking forward to the next workout!

  • 5 3" and my goal weight is 114. I am currently at 126 pounds.
  • Height: 5'3" Weight: 126 Waist: 26.5 Hips: 40 Thighs: 23
  • Got up with every intention of doing my fit test but I simply couldn't get my knees to cooperate. I think I will skip the fit test entirely and give them a break. I am definitely going to do something more low impact.

  • My last Max Plyo today (whoop, whoop!!!). I never was able to do the balance push up but will just have to live with that won't I? Max Cardio tomorrow and fit test on sunday and I am done!

  • Max sports training for me today. I usually enjoy this workout but not so much today. I think I am soooo ready to move on from insanity. 2 more workouts and fit test left...yaay!!!

  • I am going to wait til the 15th. I am currently on the last week of insanity and thinking of taking a week's break before starting my next exercise DVD. I will be adding the 10 minutes to my body revolution.

  • Max interval circuit for me today. I was feeling a bit tired this morning so wasn't able to dig deeper. I am glad that this is the last time I have to do this workout. Good luck to all of you.

  • Max cardio and Insane abs completed. I shall definitely not miss insane abs. I am not going to do a second round of Insanity as I don't think my knees can take it. Plus I am heartily sick of waking up at 5 am. I think I shall move on to JM's Body Revolution for a much needed break.

  • Max plyo for me too. I can't believe that I have gotten all this way without skipping a single workout:happy: However, I am definitely looking forward to moving on from insanity as my knees are starting to hurt especially when I take the stairs. Will definitely move to something lower impact. Good luck to all of you.

  • Did my recovery workout and my shoulders were burning right from the start when doing the breathing in and out. I realise now that I am not crazy about this workout...at all. But alt least this is the second last time I shall be doing it.

  • Max cardio conditioning and insane abs done. Max cardio is my favourite workout in month two simply because there are no intervals. I am not crazy about redoing exercises. I must say this is the first time I have completed insane abs as I usually give up as I cannot do most of the sitting ab exercises.

  • I really enjoyed the sports training. I could get through most of the exercises without stopping and it apparently worked muscles I have not been working (my body has finally stopped aching).

  • Max plyometrics for me too today. I cannot for the life of me perform even one of those side push ups. Hoping I shall be able to do it by the time I am through with insanity. I still have a few aches and pains from max interval sports training but I was able to get through the workout quite decently. Good luck to the rest…
