My stubborn area is definitely my thighs. Been working out consistently for 4 months now and while I see progress in other areas, the fat in my thighs has refused to budge. In fact after insanity, my thighs had gotten half an inch thicker....argghhhh. :sad: The cellulite seems even more noticeable. Will keep at it and see…

I am done *dancing a jig*. I also was getting a bit bored with the challenge and I think I pulled a muscle on the side of my right thigh. I measured my hips and thighs today and I have only lost 0.5 inches on my hips. My thighs are still the same though:sad: I am a pear so I guess it's going to take a whole lot more to get…

Day 29 today for me. I find the three exercise a bit much to add on to my usual exercise routine but I muddled through. One more day to go:happy: I can't say I have noticed any change in my bum though!

Day 28 for me with 3 workouts. I got really tired as I had already done 30 minutes of vigorous cardio. Cannot wait to be done with the challenge!:grumble:

Day 26 today. Was supposed to be a rest day but I decided to do my Day 27 workouts as I do not want to workout on Sunday.

Day 24 done today. I didn't check in yesterday but I did do my 2 exercises for the day. I noticed that my leg muscles are faintly sore...maybe it is doing two exercises in a row?

Day 19 for m e today. I am proud to say that I was able to do the single legged dead-lifts with some grace.

Day 18 for me today so it was 2 workouts after a much needed rest yesterday. I think Cardio 3 Tabata is my least favourite of all the workouts (totally dislike mountain climbers).
