Eat at a slight deficit, work out, have patience. Wash, rinse, repeat daily. Keep your goal in the front of your mind and have faith you'll get there.

That and I have personally licked them all! You can tell your coworkers that as well.

Welcome Charlie! You can do this! Just remember, YOU have to do it - but you don't have to do it alone!

Hello and welcome! You have found a great place to get and give motivation and advice.

Welcome!

Based on your stats: Your BMI is 27 (I know people who would kill for that) You should be eating 120grams of lean prortein a day. Your Resting Metabolic Rate is 1663 so eating under by ~150 to 200 should produce a gradual, sustained weight loss. You should be drinking about 88 ounces of water a day, not all at once but…

At 5'2 and 173, here's what I would advise: 1. Water - you need about 85 ounces a day - more during exercise. 2. I calculate your Resting Metabolic Rate at about 1576 so1400 kcal sounds about right for a gradual, sustained weight loss. 3. 114 grams of lean protein per day.
-
Just took a peek at your diary. Without knowing your current weight or height, it would appear that 1. your not eating enough and 2. your not eating enough protein.

I have been on the products for over 3.5 years and have or am using most of them. Fair warning - it is NOT a magic pill or fairy wand, the products only work if YOU do! Your wellness coach would be the first point of contact for advice on products for you particular needs. Good luck in your journey to a healthier you.

From what you said, it sounds like you made some (a lot) of changes which could cause you some distress. I'd love to offer some advice, but your food log is private.

As long as the snack fits into your calorie goal for the day, then yes. A high protein snack matched with a complex carb should keep you humming along. Snack away!

Yes and yes. I've had my FitBit One for a year and a half and love it. It counts every step you take to help keep you moving.
