Your goal is doable. Around 2 lbs a week. It won't be easy, you can do it. Add me as a friend if you'd like.

Don't feel too badly. People DO move on only at different speeds. He'll be fine and as stated above, maybe find someone more suited for his lifestyle. You appear to have moved on already. Good luck.

Yes to all the above. Word of warning - even on a slightly hairy chest, band-aids are not fun to remove! Just sayin.

Just took a peak at your food log. 1200 kcals is not going to kill you, however, I'd like to see a little more lean protein and carbs. If you are exercising you'll need the carbs for a little quick energy and protein for sustained energy and muscle repair.

Bump for later reference.

No problem - glad to help!

Depends on your daily goal and how many times a day you eat. If your calorie intake is, say, 1800 (don't really know yours, just a guess) and you eat 6 times a day( that's me, don't know about you) then you would take the 1800 and divide by 6 = 300 per meal. ETA - a 4 oz chicken breast would cost you 164 calories and add…

Not really. You should have your normal "movement" at a normal time for you.

Here's how it needs to be made - 2 scoops of your choice of Formula 1 Healthy Meal, 1 scoop of Protein Drink Mix , water and ice. If you still feel you need a little something, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Personal Protein Powder to the next. That should get you to between 27 and 30 grams of protein for each shake. ETA - yes…

Not on the list but I'm in for a round - or 2, or 5 or 9.....

Walking is a great start. Gets you out in the fresh air and helps boost not only your metabolism but your mood as well.

Prolessa Duo is designed to be used in one shake a day. Can it be added to both? sure. Should it - no. The canister of Formula 1 Healthy Meal contains 30 servings (2 scoops each). Since you are doing 2 shakes a day, it will last 2 weeks. Hope this helps.

I agree with those who suggest a different protein souce. Pea, rice and soy (isolate) are good choices. Of those three, soy isolate would be my choice to try.

The product will deliver, however the variable is you. You're looking at a weight loss of about 2.5 lbs. a week, every week. It is doable but wont be easy. You'll need to get a meal plan in place and stick to it. Has your coach advised you on water intake, protein requirements and Resting Metabolic rate? Good luck with the…

Open for everyone's reading pleasure and amusement. Pretty boring though as I have found the approximate balance and what works for me and my lifestyle and doesn't really change that much day to day.

Soy, whey, pea and rice proteins would be a substitute for a meat protein. Your requirements would be bsaed on a few factors like height, weight and activity level. Everyones is different. Mine is about 145 grams lean protein. Do I make that every day - no. Do I go over some days - yes.
