That's 15 stone. That's how they do weight in England. "The stone (abbreviation st[1]) is an informal unit of measure equal to 14 pounds." (wikipedia). That's a lot of weight!!!

The problem isn't the fruit, it's how you're eating it. Try eating the fruit itself instead of the smoothie, and switch to ice cold water for your drink. A whole fruit is metabolized differently than a smoothie -- it takes longer to get into your system so is better for you. You'll be more satisfied too.

For some reason, it's easier to lose weight right away that you've suddenly put on. I'd say, go back to your goal weight, then GRADUALLY raise your calories while seeing if you have to increase your daily activity to maintain your goal. Even Weight Watchers says that maintenance is a real challenge. Let us know how you do.…

I get Toll House cookie dough and have to bake a cookie to get my chocolate. I don't keep any other chocolate in the house except Ghirardelli hot chocolate mix. Works for me as I have to do something specific to get my chocolate.

Actually, juice of any kind isn't good for you. The sugar goes straight to your pancreas and greatly increases your chance of getting diabetes. Stay with whole fruits and water if you can.
