I live in Tampa, Florida luckily, so I can run outside year round, minus 2-3 days when it is cold, lol.

I honestly much prefer running out on the street for cardio, I do a minimum of 2.5 miles every day. Have been doing that for a few months, and it is what has caused me to lose all my weight. Need to get some muscle in there now, lol.

I did, Lost 97lbs in 4 months, but it was cutting out over 5k calories a day of alcohol. My situation was probably a bit different than most. Involved no exercise until now. This last 20lbs has been a *kitten* to lose, lol.

I heard body weight can fluctuate around 5lbs in a single day. It just depends on if you ate or drank a bunch, if you have went to the bathroom or not. If you colon and bladder are full, then you eat a full meal, that is weight that is just all stuck inside you.
