Hey there, thanks for the compliments! My routine is extremely basic, just 3-4 sets of bench, normal dumb bell curls, shoulder lifts, tri pull down, and just recently added rows now that I got my gym setup fully. I just do those every other day, not really trying to get much bigger to begin with, but do need to start…

Hello all, here is me after a year and a half or more like a year and 8-9 months I suppose.
-
I appreciate all the kind words everyone. : D I really really want to get the surgery though. Here is why.. I can hide it fairly well as long as my pants stay in one place, which they never will. Especially if I ever learn forward, or sit down. Here is it hidden. But this is what it really looks like : / It is so very…

Thanks for the kind words all. : ) I know everyone always says I should not worry, but of course that is easier said than done, lol.

The real benefits start the moment you decide you want to start.

117lbs down here in about 6 months. Feel free to add me. : )

It's ok, lol, we knew what you were doing. : P

Pretty.

Oh, no sorry, I have probably 160lbs in weights, but not enough to squat or dead lift really. I can do other things, like press, and use the smaller plates to do shoulder exercises and such. I am getting more weights soon so I can try out the SL5x5 program and such. I was just wondering if it was safe to do the situps with…

Not really yet, I am hoping to get on a daily routine, just figuring out what it is still. Until then though, I just want to make sure I am still benefiting the most I can from what I have to work with.

Just starting out, have a power rack now, just been doing bench, curls, situps and lots of cardio really. Not sure what all to do and on what days. As for results, mostly looking to lower my bf% a bit, get some decent muscles. I have lived in Tampa for 11 years, and it would be nice if I could finally spend one of them at…

I am quite pleased with it, I put it together in my house, and simply left off all the "smith" aspects, lol. So it was basically just a cage / bench , with about 100lbs of weights and other things, for about $150 delivered. I am not mad at all.

6 months, was an alcoholic who quit drinking, smoking, and now exercise every day now, eat healthy.
-
I just bought a squat/press cage, I am about to handle some business.

*hat tipping intensifies*

Its a heavy duty padded backpack, and two 25 lb plates fit in one perfect and dont move. and there is another pocket that could do more.
-
I tried it with the weighted backpack and it felt fantastic. Was going more for a low rep highish weight. I am fairly new to lifting, so it doesnt take much currently, lol.
-
I use Endomondo along with my Gear Live watch for heartrate, works fantastic.
-
I use my Samsung Gear live, when I run along with the Endomondo app. Works great for continuous heart monitoring, and then is an awesome watch outside of working out as well.
-
I found a bar, and about 200lb of weights for $40 i am going to pick up after work. I am well on my way, lol.

^ : P

Awesome ^ I will look in to these then. The stronglift 5x5 was basically what I heard about, and was going to try out.
-
They are adjustable, there are pegs in the wrong to select your height and such. I am just looking to get some muscle and tone up, nothing specific honestly. I just know squats, press are what I need to do. This just so happens to also have lateral pull down and I can use it for pullups probably too if I wanted.
-
After some more research, it does in fact have squat cage / bench along with the smith stuff. so for $100 with some plates and such, im all for it.
-
I have a nexus 4, not huge, but I just hold it in my hand while running so i can control music and such.
-
Not polar, but I use a Samsung Gear Live with Endomondo since it allows for real time heartrate monitoring, love it.
-
Ohh ok, I got ya.
