  • I rarely do it 6 days a week but am seeing results. Guessing if I was stricter with myself I would see results quicker but I'm happy with the direction I am moving in. xx
  • Don't forget the scales weigh everything on them so if you was eating pizza and other high salt/sugar foods and drinking alcohol i'm guessing you have a lot of water retention. Don't give up, even if that was 5lbs of fat you would still have better muscle tone under it and the fat would come off quicker next time. I know…

  • I've lost 7lb in the first phase but that is on the back of already losing 8lb in the two weeks before starting so i'm more than happy with that, down to my last 7lb to lose as well now. I have really noticed a change in my strength and muscle tone more importantly though. Keep going. xx
