This. Exactly.

How sweet!

There are so many threads that have been created to tell us how bothered people are by the misuse of the two terms. Dead horse, truly beaten. Did you know what they meant? Yeah you did. Am I annoyed by people who can't do a simple search to see if the topics been covered? Certainly. I don't start threads to expound on it…

Put the alarm across the room so you have to get out of bed to shut it off. Then, don't get back in bed. Have your clothes set up the night before, grab them and get your butt moving.

It's scary. It's uncomfortable. People notice. (These are some of my experiences into the "why" of my mental blocks). Just keep at it. Every time you have a set back it's an opportunity to learn about yourself and your triggers. And every time you keep moving forward, you break down that mental wall a little. Recognize the…

This. It's great if you are retaining water. Not a miracle "weight loss" aid though.

If you are going to a Whole30, read "It Starts With Food" first. Next, it is as boring as you want it to be. If you have no desire to give up anything that you"normally" eat fine, don't do it. I feel best when eating this way. I reintroduced dairy and got horrible bloat after cutting it out for 30 days. Now I know. If you…

EAT MOAR PROTEIN!!!!!! P.S. Bacon is not protein. It's delicious though

50+ pounds lost. Have a plan and stick to it. There are plenty of things to do. Body weight exercises, HIIT, yoga, pilates, YouTube. Netflix, VideoOnDemand. If you can set up a weight bench, great, but it's not mandatory. You can do it!!
-
Go in with a plan!! Read, research, and go in with clear intentions.
-
That was my question...
-
MAKE A PLAN! Then stick to it. I tweak my "training plan" every 6-8 weeks to avoid boredom. I personally lift 4x a week, do HIIT 3x and yoga or pilates to round things out. Keep it simple. Go for a walk or run, invest in some dumbells and above all else, MAKE A PLAN & stick to it!

You won't "bulk up". Period. Strength training will make you look SMALLER, not bigger. Eat moderately consistently instead of the wild swings of 1200 days to huge binge days. You can do this!

I put mine in a zip top sandwich bag, in my sports bra. Yeah, I'm cheap and I don't want to ruin my phone with sweat.

I want all of you to be my friends :flowerforyou:

It should get better, especially since you are 23. Some of it is genetic. Give it time. Lift weights. Drink plenty of water. I recall hearing somewhere that you should wait about 2 years after reaching your goal to give your skin time to fully rebound. I am resigned to the fact that I have trashed the elasticity in my…

Just increase your intake gradually... doing it too suddenly can cause unpleasant side affects as mentioned lol. Fiber is good for you though. I shoot for minimum of 25 g. Yesterday I ate 41 g

I put my phone, key and ID in a ziploc baggie in my sports bra if I need to carry them and don't have the pocket space... I don't even feel it. I do have pretty generous bosoms though lol:blushing:

You cannot do it from the app. Go to My Home>Goals>Change Goals>Custom and then you can adjust your macro percentages manually
