What a timely post! I have been bouncing around the same weight for a couple months, then low and behold, this week my body whooshed and I lost like 4 lbs in as many days. So maybe there is something to the theory!!

I'm on my fourth one, they all stopped working at 3-6 months. They keep giving me new ones because they are under warranty. If I have said it once, I've said it a million times, there is some sort of defect with the straps...

I am a smidgen over 5` and 40 also. My goal weight is between 120-125 (like to give myself some breathing room. I am sitting at 123 right now. :)

6-8 months all 3 times, then I start getting inaccurate readings, or it doesn't even pick up my heart rate. They were all still under warranty, so I just bring them back and get a new one and wait until it breaks again..*lol* MANY people report problems, so personally I think there is a flaw in their strap design..

Holy Crap guys! 15 pages! You've all completely made my day, I am beaming!! I am not even sure I can begin to answer all the questions! *lol* It has taken me 2 years this month to lose the 133lbs, I still have about 5 more I'd like to lose. I eat clean 90% of the time, exercise 5-6 days a week for an hour, I walk every day…

I add a scoop of instant coffee to my protein shake before my workout. I swear it gives me an extra "hummff" *lol*
