I am LOVING Body Revolution. I only have about 5lbs more to lose, so I haven't followed the meal plan. I eat between 1500-1700 a day. I also add in extra cardio.

I believe so, I asked a similar question awhile back and got a lot of great info..here the thread http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/514125-vo2-max Hope that helps!!

Breakfast is by far my biggest meal of the day, anything between 500-700 calories!

I'm on my third Polar with the same problem every time, luckily it is still on warranty, so I'll get another one that will break in 6 months..yay.

It will be different for everyone based on how much they weight etc. I can tell you that I burn between 250 to 300 per workout, and I am a smidgen over 5 feet and 128lbs. Hope that helps a bit...

You're not the first to suggest this to me. It is really good advice, I know this, it is just SO hard to get past the number on the scale. KWIM?? Alright, P90X out., one of The New Rules book it is. I should also mention I workout at home. I have adjustable weights, plus a barbell and plates. Alas no squat rack and no room…

Thanks everyone! I am for sure going back to heavy lifting after I finish this Body Revolution (I am like a dog with a bone about starting something and needing to finish it. *lol*) What is everyone's thoughts on P90X? I have all the New Rules books, so may do one of those. I pretty much hit my protein everyday (according…

I think I love you!! (In a totally non creepy way! *lol*)

I love how people come in to posts just to crap on others opinions. *lol* Seriously, if you don't believe it does anything, don't do it...c'est la vie.

I have been ding it for over a year now, my skin looks great, plus, I don't know if it is related, but I didn't get sick a single time this past winter!

Best post ever!! *lol*

I did 1 workout of level 1 and one cardio 1, then I went right to weeks 3 & 4 and cardio 2. After completing Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme, I just found it way to easy. I am finding 3 & 4 more difficult, plus I add in 30 minutes of HIIT afterwards.

Sounds like a great plan! Box jumps scared the hell out of me! *lol* I am not the most graceful of people and I can totally see myself tripping and breaking a leg. *lol*

I am almost finished reading it! I plan on doing it after I am done Body Revolution. It seems to be along the same lines as the New Rules of Lifting for Abs, which I would also love to get around to doing! *lol*

There is a lady using nothing but bands through the whole program, so you could just use those. You'll need much heavier weights then 10lbs, if you go that route. I'd say up to 25lbs, at least..

New Rules of Lifting for Life, just released yesterday, looks like a good program!

My body likes a set 8 hours a night!

Same here!

I can't do full squats with a bar on my back so I have been doing goblet squats, I can do *kitten* to grass in those, probably not as effective, but it is what it is! *lol*

Sun Warrior makes a raw brown rice one that is tasty!

This is a great idea, thanks!!

Congrats to every being close to your goals! I don't plan of stopping exercise, right now I workout an hour 6 days a week. I was wondering if say I wanted to do Jillian Michael's Body Revolution that is 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week, if that would be OK. So maybe just scaling it back a bit?? I enjoy working out though,…

Thank you!! :D

I use to workout barefoot, but it really started to hurt my feet so I went out and bought a pair of NIKE Free, and it has made a world of difference!!
