Bumping to save..

HaHa, so very true!!

I never buy bottled dressings, blah. My recent fave is 1 tbs orange juice, 1 tbs white wine vinegar, 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of see salt, and a finely chopped shallot. Mix together in a jar and away you go!

Congrats on your weight loss!

I donated 4 HUGE bags to The Red Cross!

A smidgen over 5´ and my goal is 125...
-
I usually net 900-1000, but I EAT 1400 to 1500 calories, and just don't eat back my exercise calories. I have lost 130 lbs with no plateaus doing this, have a ton of energy etc, so I am reluctant to change anything at this point. I am also on the short side at a smidgen over 5´ Of course maybe my HRM is over stating what…

According to these steps I should input my age as 58 and weight at 55lbs?? Explain to me how this is going to give me a correct reading on the calories I am burning? *lol* My brain does not like math...
-
Yup, hard water. Really easy way to clean them, use half a lemon and rub it all over the inside of the pot, takes it right off!
-
Shamelessly bumping this...*lol*
-
I workout at home, so no running around. *lol* I'll just replace the hypers with ones on my exercise ball. It is more then I do now. I am mostly just looking for something different to do for a month. :) I appreciate you taking the time to answer my post.

I like Shock Absorber, Champion also makes a good one for larger breasts!
-
I'll try one last time. *lol*
-
I have the book, plus their new one. Anyone else?? :D
-
NIKE Free Fits, LOVE them!!
-
HRM are not meant to be wore all day, only for cardio exercise. You won't get an accurate reading at all. If you want something to tell you how many calories you burn all day you need a Fitbit or a Bodybug.
-
I weigh everyday. I log my loses on here, but I have an iPhone app that I use to log my weight every day and I can see from that, that I go up at certain times of the month. Keeps me on track...

Thanks!!
-
HA!!
-
Love me some beets! Mmmm..
-
I lost 2 shoes sizes! *lol*

Thanks again everyone, and thank you Azdak, it took me a few reads, but I think I understand it better now! To those that asked, my Polar model allows me to take a Fitness Test to determine my VO2 Max, it may also allow me to manually input it, but not 100% sure on that.
-
I have my fitness level set at moderate, I work out 5-6 days a week. edited: I think I misread your post at first..
-
I guess I will have to eat more food! *lol* 200 is a crazy amount more to burn though...
-
55
-
I update my settings every week, basically the only thing I changed was to take the VO2 test on my Polar this weekend and set the VO2 with the 41 they gave me. It kind of makes me wonder what they use as a setting if you don't input that info?
-
Interesting, because I always though the better your VO2 was the less calories you would burn, confused! *lol* My resting heart rate has gone down, it is 55 now, use to be 65..thanks to everyone for taking the time to reply!
-
Great reminder!!
-
I recently go a pair of NIKE Free Fit and LOVE them! They are very light and flexible, but also provide good cushioning!
-
I am EXACTLY the same way!! *lol*
