I am convinced there is a flaw in these straps that Polar isn't owning up to. I bought a FT40, and it stopped working after 2 months. I sent it in and they gave me a new one. Well guess what, after just 4 months, I am right back in the same place with a broken HRM. I wash it properly, it is tight, I wet it, and yes, I even…

I use it for cooking, baking. I add it to protein shakes, my tea/coffee, I use it like butter on toast, I use it as a body moisturizer when I get of of the shower, and I use it on my face and hair! *lol*

I tried making my own the other day from shelled sunflower seeds and found it horribly bitter! Does anyone make this homemade? What am I doing wrong?

I bought a brush from The Body Shop a couple weeks ago and have been faithfully brushing every day. My skin is as smooth and soft as a baby's butt, not sure if I notice any change in the tightness of my skin or cellulite, but it does look like my stretch marks are less red and fading a bit...

I read it not to long ago, it was a fascinating read. I am not going as extreme as he suggests in the book, but I do watch the amount of wheat/gluten I eat...

Thanks! Bumping for some more ideas! :)

Just wanted to also add something since this info seems to be missing in the foreign reports about this tax, that the tax only applies to domestically produced items, so if it is produced outside the Borders on Denmark, it will not be taxed.
-
Sigh, so much misinformation about Denmark. First I live here...some one wrote " They should do some real science and put a tax on sugar, corn syrup and all the other crap that actually makes people fat" Sugar IS taxed already, trans fats and HFCS are ALREADY banned and BTW only the ubber rich with no debt pay anything…
-
Well I do live in Denmark and the tax really isn't that big of a deal. It's a couple extra kone on foods I don't really eat anyway. Trans fat is already banned in foods here as is high fructose corn syrup. There not taxing meat and stuff like that either. I honestly doubt that it will make much of a difference, those that…

For me (at 159 lbs), I average 250 calories for the 30 minute ones (Fire 30 and HIIT 30) and between 450 and 480 for Fire 55 EZ and Fire 60. Hope that helps!

Another vote for EA Active!

Is it one with a strap? If so you may need to tighten it, or wash it, mine will do that sometimes if it looses contact with my skin.

Thank you for this!

I am 5 feet almost 1 and net around 900 and I function quiet well. Workout an hour a day (Turbo Fire/ChaLean Extreme), have a ton of energy and have lost 97 lbs. Some people just don't need as many calories as others.

Play around and find out what works the best for YOU! ;)

I have the FT40 and had the same problem after a few months. I sent it back and got a new one and so far so good. So many people have problems with these that I firmly believe there is a flaw in the construction on the strap.
