Change this to : Me: 8 Binge 1 I felt guilty because I didn't get work done today that really needs doing. No reason, just lazy. Up until 2 am feeling anxious and ashamed of myself and , finally eating and eating until I feel sick. I know what I did wrong and will do better tomorrow.

This is so interesting!! I have never weighed myself daily like this. It is so hard for my scientific mind to accept this!!!! where does the weight go? Between Sunday and Monday you gained 5 pounds of something. I am so never weighing myself in the middle of the week ever again:noway:

I just Googled the plan you are using and it seems like a well-known program with good reviews. Since you aren't having success with it right now, maybe you are either eating too much or too little, but you can't tell since you don't track your calories. Plus you don't get daily support groups, which you can get here 24/7…

This! It works for many simple viruses that actually show up in your add/remove programs. Often they are just ways to get you to buy a useless registry cleaner, or something like that. Google chrome is the best as far as I am concerned, don't give it up. What is the alternative??
