Me: 1 The binge: 2 The worst day I have had...since I can remember..

Me: 1 Binge:1 I am just in a funk today about life. Food is the first thing I go to when I feel bad, so today I ate a lot over and over again... As always I thought it would make me feel better but of course, I feel all that much worse. I'm off to sleep and start fresh tomorrow. :ohwell:

Exercise will make a huge difference, but if you are seriously unmotivated, it's hard to get out and do it.....If that is the case start slow with long walks or dancing to your favorite music - that will boost your mood dramatically, then move on to more structured stuff like a gym if you can. Tums will help with heartburn...If you don't have any, then any high calcium foods - milk, yogurt, cottage cheese work for me. But if you have this problem often, get yourself some Tums!
