Hi...I lost upto 6 kg by controlling on diet...but from last 3 months not losing weight...i am also starting exercise now...Go slow as to manage Kid, Job and home together is not easy...may small n simple changes and make it part of your lifestyle... It will make things easier :)

Hi.. I started the 30days shred -level 1 from yesterday but was not able to do it without break....Cant do pushups as my babies used to sit on me..lol....but it was just wonderful...felt very good...will do same again... Keep me posted of your experience of doing the same.

Thanks Avi for highlighting that it takes time as i stop doing the change as its not working.....i will google the same and figure it out... and be consistent and let u guys know about my progress.

Hi...Thanks.... I am not able to find good pedometer for me... food logging has been made compulsory :).....Have to discipline myself for exercise.. Thinking to start with 15mins per day for a week and then start gradually...my weight has stuck on 70kg...not moving since last 2-3months....So have to break this treshold,,…

First day; 8000 steps...Not bad but not the goal.. I am using runtastic pedometer on mobile. Its difficult to carry mobile all time. And it doesnt seem to be very accurate. Kindly guide other mobile application or device avaiable in India.

Few Small Small Tips which i know- 1. No food after 9 pm 2. Eat 6 small meals per day 3. When you feel like eating sweet go and brush your teeth 4. Go dancing 5. Keep believing in yourself, You are in central & have power to make changes in your life 6. Try taking extra steps. Ex. Parking vehicle far off, going to far away…
