Did Day 2 on Wednesday...Now continuously 3 days for day 3,4 & 5...

Change something in your lifestyle..Like instead of walking .cyclying. Anything...Go by vehicle and workout for 15-20 mins inplace of walking... Changing routine helps.

My lifestyle is almost same. But i have toddlers at home which keep me running...So i consider my lifestyle as slightly active :)

I log everything as it keeps me active. It helps me taking stairs then escalators. I feel i have become more active and my energy level has increased as i make choices better.

Yeah i am monitoring my carb intake now...i think this may help me. If comfortable, please make your food diary public. It will help others in analyzing different different indian food intake combo which can be consumed.

I am continuously exceeding my carb count. Kindly suggest how to reduce on the same. Good news: I was able to fit myself in L size dresses then XL. Though there is no weight loss.

I am always increasing my carb count.i think that is the reason i am not losing. Will try low card diet.

Thanks all...yes I wont give up...continuously doing 30 day shred..4 days gone...monitoring my step counts with goal of 10000 daily n achieving since last 3 days...will continue for 15 days and then will make it 12000.
