Its realistic for me to get to 300 pounds by mid to late September. Been averaging just over 2 pounds per week and have lost 25 pounds over that last 2 months. That is the mini goal I am chasing.

My goal is 200 pounds as well. I Started out at 330 in late summer 2013 and I'm 285. Its slow but that is ok, I'm healthier for it. I appreciate this tool for helping me keep what I eat in check.
