Congrats to you for joining MFP. I joined last year and within 5 months I had lost 35 lbs. Since then I have moved and have had a lot of family drama, so I gained back almost 17 lbs. I am up and running with it again and its a great tool to help. I will gladly support and try to motivate you.

I agree. The days that I am under my calorie goal of 1200 I don't seem to lose anything, but when I reach that and only have my exercise cals left, I do. Going under tells your body it needs to save the fat for fear of starvation. Try spreading out your calories and make them healthy ones. A great healthy snack are Kind…
