I'm only 5 ft as well. I am still in the beginning so no pic yet. But I am starting at 153lbs and would like to lose between 20 to 30 pounds. All of these photos of before and after are so inspiring!

Yes I think accountability will help me too. I never really added people on here before but when I saw the previous posts about friends I figured maybe that is the extra push I am missing. So I am hoping to improve on my tracking and see improvements before the end of the year :)

Taking one day at a time, you can do it! It takes a lot of courage and will power to quit smoking. You are awesome for quitting! Stay focus and your strength will keep you moving. You can do it!

I understand how you feel....the up/down weight loss :( I cant seem to get it right either. Extremely frustrating but at least you are motivated now. Stay positive and take it one day at time. :)

I am in the same boat. I have been on this site on/off as well. I am trying to be more active on this site. I have about 30 to 35 pounds to lose. My goal is to run a half marathon by January. It will be my first time running such a long distance.

I think you are doing great! You have an awesome plan set up. Running helped me years ago so I started running again in hopes that I can get back on the ball again. I am planning on running 3 to 4 times a week. :)

My friend is the same way with Herbalife. It worked for her but that is because she was not eating properly to begin with (1 meal a day) She went from a size 16 to a size 4. I tried Herbalife and all of the added products. Lost absolutely nothing except a lot of money. :( Now I am on my fitness pal and trying to do weight…

I recently started the 30DS as well and it definitely has been challenging. I complete it every other day for right now. I think insanity will be a great goal to get to once 30DS is complete.
