If you are used to or just feel the need to munch while watching tv, eat something that is a little labor intensive. I understand where you are coming from. I went out for Mexican food Friday night and had Chinese yesterday. The sodium is killing me. Drinking lots of water and eating very low sodium for the next couple of days and things will be back on track.

I like a lot of sugar in my coffee and typically drink 2-3 cups per day so the sugar calories were adding up. I love all kinds of trail mix and can easily find myself going overboard. They usually have more calories than we think even though we think of as healthy because of all the nuts. I like o repackage a servings worth into snack bags that way I know what I'm getting and don't have to worry about underestimating the calories.
