I absolutely LOVE Moksha Yoga! I find it provides an intense workout without being exhaustive like Bikram's. Added you as a friend :)

Insanity is awesome! I did it last year and was stronger and had more stamina than ever before. As said above, it definitely requires a lot of commitment and I wanted to cry the first time I did it - but if you stick to it, you'd be amazed at how much easier it gets over time!
