  • That is similar to the one I use. Works really well and any left over vegetable matter, like the center of a zucchini, I just either saute up with some eggs or throw them in the sauce I am making to use on the zoodles.
  • No way I would put tuna in a smoothie. Blech. Eggs could work, but I would probably go with almond butter/raw almonds or full fat greek yogurt if you can handle dairy. Spirulina maybe, but the taste is pretty powerful.
