Do you feel bloated? I know around that time I normally feel bloated, it seems like my body retains all the water I put in and normally comfortable jeans are tight. I haven't been measuring, but I can say with almost certainty that if you experience the same symptoms, chances are it added a little to your measurements.

Almost anything by Muse. When I was running daily, I would put Muse on shuffle and then run to the beat of the song.. Slow beat - light jog, fast beat - sprint, 2 second pause between songs - walk. :) it made running into more of a game and kept things exciting.
