  • Hi there, I would suggest increasing your calorie intake. Your friend isn't totally wrong - I think adding stregnth training would help too, but I don't believe the "after 15 min" thing. :) If you're not eating enough calories to counter act your exercise, your body hangs on to the fat so you won't lose.
