I'm in the same boat as you. I have went from a size 26 to a size 18 (so far) and I feel more self concious now then I did then. Maybe I am just more self aware? I don't know. I am interested to see what other people have to say........

I think about food all day every day now.... before I used to think about it only right before I ate... Now I think about it hours (sometimes days) in advance. I get excited to plan out and eventually eat my meals/snacks now.

I have lost 130+ so far and I have another 80 to go. It is 100% possible. You need to believe it and do it. It turns into a game after you start and it can be kind of fun manipulating what you do/eat to see results. You already completed step 1, now lets get started on steps 2-150 :).

Bolthouse has some AMAZING salad dressings made out of yogurt at about 45 calories for 2 tbsp... look in the refridgerated section... Or make your own by mixing a ranch powder with greek or regular yogurt
