Where are the vegetables and fruits? You're setting yourself up for some serious illnesses.

Hi Scotty! The first thing you could do is make your food diary public (at least temporarily) so that we can see your goals and what you're eating. Go to My Home > Settings > Diary Settings > Diary Sharing = Public

That's OK. Sometimes I forget that there are really adverse opinions of pot smokers out there (I live in Canada so smoking is no big deal). I think the harm-reduction plan actually sounds like it could be really beneficial to some hardcore addicts. Best of luck with your practice! Your job must be very taxing.…

:drinker: My jaw just dropped! You look awesome. Congratulations!

And I'm saying that's a lot of generalizations right there. Marijuana is not chemically addictive. Alcohol is. I'm not trying to defend pot as a choice weight-loss regime because that's completely stupid. But I would like to stand up for weed because it gets a very bad, and undeserved reputation.
-
 I'm under the impression that you are telling us that marijuana is chemically addictive. y/n? "the loss of almost everything you have"? That sounds awfully derogatory. I know plenty of pot smokers (myself included) who are extremely high functioning, very intelligent, and successful in their lives.

 this topic. I have a section in my food log dedicated to the munchies!! If I plan out what I'm "allowed" to eat in advance, I find that I don't go overboard... mostly... As far as the question of whether pot has any chemical effects on weightloss (besides giving you the inclination to eat your face off), I…

Tonight I'm going to make some sesame ginger fried tofu steaks with loads of garlicky wilted kale.

Toronto, Canada! :drinker:

I would probably group them with whatever "day" you're on... regardless of what time it is. Say you're still up munching at 1 AM... I would log it as still the same day. Sorry you feel nauseous, hun. That made me sad. :flowerforyou:

Yeah, I want an update!! Unless.... she decided to go wake up the DH... :blushing:
-
Oh wow! You look stellar. :blushing: Congratulations!!

You can do it, you have such a big support group here and if you need any help, just ask. :flowerforyou:

Thankfully, wearing lots of layers is very stylish

Excellent write-up. Thanks.

You need to use the tools you are given on this site. You can't honestly be surprised that you're not "winning" the weight loss race when you have days and days of blank pages, some days topping off at 400 net calories and some days where you only eat fish and chips? Try your hardest to find some time and log your foods…
-
Yeah, I rarely go to bed before 3 and with that comes snacking after midnight. I log all food as if it was on the same day though.
-
Sensible advice: have some celery sticks and a low-fat dip, or else an apple or something, brush your teeth, have a bath, go to bed. Drastic advice: open the bag of chips, take one out, and pour the rest into the garbage, or the toilet. Eat the one chip. Give the ruined chips the finger. How DARE they!?!

I agree.

It looks like you're doing really well, actually. Especially looks like you're cooking some good meals at home which is nice. Good variety. I wouldn't be 100% concerned with hitting 2,900 or whatever every day. If you're stuffed, you're stuffed.

YEAH!!

coffee!

Don't let it be all about the scale. If you feel better, you look better, you're losing inches, and you are happy with your lifestyle, throw the scale out the damn window!!!

I have like a 1,280 limit or something. Feel free! :drinker:

Thanks for the article. The "water dilutes stomach acid" myth originates from the trend of "food combining" which originated in 1911 (way before we understood a lot about ourselves and our bodies) and was based on the idea that your body needs to be catered to specially if you want to digest properly. For instance, you're…

That seems off.

Oh man, I haven't tried coconut milk in a smoothie.... YET. Sounds awesome.
