Helllllo :)! I study Comparative Literature and Russian (on track to getting my masters, then PhD). I would love having more college-aged friends on here to motivate me and keep me on track (especially when things get hectic during the semester). Feel free to add me!

Yasso makes frozen greek yogurt bars that are only 80 calories, no fat, 6g protein and are made with rBST-free milk. Not to mention, they are super yummy and with the protein, quite filling for a snack.

^^agreed :) If you want to recover, you need to work through eating your fear foods. It's hard as hell, but eventually, fear foods become a thing of the past and you can finally begin to enjoy eating again!

My anorexia began when I was 12 and I began treatment (I went inpatient 3x) when I was 15. I am 21 now and have been in recovery for over 5 years. Time to time I still struggle, but I haven't relapsed at all in quite a few years now. Feel free to add me :)!!

But that does not mean that 3500 is your dieticians plan for you! I know that it's a nightmare and it feels awful, but once you begin to get healthier, you…

^^I second this. I have been recovering from anorexia for about 6 years and it took a VERY long time for my metabolism to properly recover from "starvation mode". If you continue to eat 800 calories/day, your health with undoubtedly be affected negatively. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to be eating…

Add me :)! I am on every day and need some more friends that are going to be honest and motivational! and of course, I'll reciprocate the same to you.

Not everyone's body digests food in the same way. There are people who metabolize quickly and people that metabolize slowly, people that digest high pH food well, and people who can't digest high pH food at all. There is a chance that some thing (or some things) that you are eating is not digesting as efficiently as it…

Well in a broad sense, I compare different kinds of literature. More specifically, I study Eastern European literature, allegories of insecurity in literature and media, and religious topics in literature. Tolstoy, Solzhenitsyn, Kierkegaard, Kafka, Dante etc.... are the kinds of things that I am reading academically…
