I have a basic list I rotate through, changing it up week to week.

    fresh produce:
    apricot
    clementine
    roma tomato with S&P
baby portabella mushrooms (sauteed in no cal Pam)
3 or 4 soft boiled egg whites (I never eat the yolk, and I drip a few drops of Louisiana hot sauce on the egg white for flavor)
slice of extra firm tofu straight out of the fridge
cucumber sliced with a little S&P
single slice of deli turkey breast with a stripe of mustard and big handful of mixed spring greens, rolled up
    raw, unsalted almonds (10)
    2 carrots

other than the turkey breast slice and egg whites, I try to make all of my snacks fresh, raw produce. I don't ever think about calories or have to read a nutritional facts chart on a raw carrot or fresh tomato. It makes it really easy to snack that way.

6 oz frozen blueberries and raspberries, unsweetened
    4 oz fat free milk
blend the crap out of it in a kitchen ninja, until thick and creamy. It takes a little while.
mix in one tablespoon of high quality chocolate syrup
It's like a berry gelato with a splash of chocolate. Have it almost every night

Yasso makes frozen greek yogurt bars that are only 80 calories, no fat, 6g protein and are made with rBST-free milk. Not to mention, they are super yummy and with the protein, quite filling for a snack.
