Thanks for the carb cycling info!! It is not doing much for me. I can go low but no carbs is very hard. Maybe I will try calorie cycling next? that might trick my body out of a plateau.

Google "Roasted Vegetables" My FAVORITE!!! YUM You chope veggies toss with a little olive oil and bake them until they get brown. So yummy! The natural sugar in the veggies gets so sweet. I add garlic and onion to mine. I have roasted so many types of veggies it works with almost all of them.

That is great advice!! I have a few. If you are obese don't start at the lowest calories possible. Start at a resonable amount. I do! Even when I was a skinny teen my thighs and butt were larger. Also the thigs seem to be the hardest place for me to lose the weight. It comes off stomach and upper body much easier.
