I drink lots of water to stay healthy and hydrated. I usually drink between 12-15 cups of water or I am thirsty. I really only drink water and ice tea.

Food was love in my house. Yea food was made for all occasions. We had to eat everything off our plates. Birthdays we eat --every big event had to do with eating to celebrate.

Inspiration I turn 40 on July 17 and I have been depressed about how I can hardly move and my knees hurt. . . .I started 16 days ago am starting slow and am walking 10,000 steps a day. It has to be better than this I am walking through the pain.
