I eat a can of tuna, squeeze of lemon and kosher salt. I heat it up and pretend I'm eating fish and chips. :)

I'm 6'3" and I'm currently around 180, but I want to get back down to 165, which is my pre baby weight.

Well...I always skipped breakfast before MFP and apparently I overcompensated later in the day because now I have weight to lose, lol. I feel like I need breakfast to keep from overdoing it later in the day.

Aw it makes me sad to think that young girls are self conscious and wish they would stop growing. I'm 6'3" and I love being tall. :) I wish I could give these girls a pep talk. I weigh my food but weighing my cereal was impossible. I poured in what looked like a ton of cereal and the scale barely moved. I measured it and it was 1 1/2 cups, so that's what I put down in my diary.

Very true that your palate will change! I'm starting to feel unimpressed by super sweet things and processed carbs. I took a bite of white bread the other day and spit it out (how ladylike!). It tasted like flavorless goo and the though of putting it in my body grossed me out.
