Hello Ladies :flowerforyou: First off all of you are lovely and inspiring. I'm 5'3 SW 176 or a bit more ( jumped off the scale!! didn't want to know! ) CW 130 GW 125 ish Don't care to much about the no# , just want a couple more inches off of my waist, pretty much happy with everything else. Yes like what the others have said, yoga, find a DVD specifically for bad backs. Ask your doctor first though. I have a bad back myself and yoga has helped me. But I consulted my doctors and physical therapist first. It turns out at there were things I should never do. Good luck too you :)
