I am at 3 and a half months and have lost 43 pounds. I have noticed that it has not been a consisenten weight loss. There are weeks were I will drop several pounds and then weeks where I only lose a 1 pound. Plus water weight and waste weight play tricks on you!!!

My advice? Don't do it. You will lose lean muscle mass. This will slow your metabolism and make weight loss harder. I have made that mistake before.

I have more energy if I have my protein shake before my workout. I have better workouts too. I use Sunwarrior Vegan Protein. It is much easier on my stomach that Whey.
