Your going into a downwards spiral by starving yourself. Netting only 500 calories when your body needs 1200 just to function even if we stayed in bed all day. Also; look into healthier foods. You'd be surprised how eating healthy can save you money. I get 4-5 sweet potatoes at a time and only costs me around 2$. Bags of…

Whats your training look like? You might not be eating enough if your very active in your training. You need calories when training for a half marathon and shouldn't be looking to lose any weight.

And you my friend have way too much time on your hands to go back and stalk my thread to see how many pages it was. Maybe the moderators are mad. But why? All I'm doing if offering advice that I've practiced in my gym and it works. When I'm at a computer again I'll even post clients before and after pictures to prove it.…

I can tell you obviously know much more than me....

Cardio is good but only for your heart health. Yes it burns calories but too much of it can burn muscle too; especially if your already in a deficit; the longer you do cardio the more calories burned which brings you in an extreme deficit causing the body to get energy; aka your muscle.

Good job on the results! Keep at it. And your right; I am just offering help; because it's what I love. I can't help the amount of weight my clients lose; but I can help them become a better person. Not only do I see a change in their body and appearance; I see a change in their CONFIDENCE. They hold their head up high; I…

Should of reworded properly. Some lose 6lbs a week. These are morbidly obese individuals(ones who have extreme amount of weight to give up) others lose the average of a pound to two pounds a week. Two is perfectly healthy. Natural Fitness models And physique competitors lose 1-2 lbs a week and are absolutely shredded and…
-
Depends on the individual's experience level/capacity. Usually 3 times resistance and 1-2 cardio sessions a week. A more advanced individual 5 times a week resistance.
-
Unfortunately the stomach is the last place weight comes off of most people.
-
Lol. They don't lose 6 pounds every single week. They lose it the first week. WATER WEIGHT. Your weight can fluctuate 5lbs a day just from water weight.
-
Rest days are adequate to recover your body as well as your central nervous system. If your body tells you to take a break; take a break!
-
2 lbs per week is definitely a healthy range to be losing weight especially for a morbidly obese person.
-
Eat nutritious foods on a consistent basis, meaning foods from their natural source. High intensity weightlifting 3 times a week and cardio 2 times a week. And dedication every single day. Be amazed how easy results come if you put your mind to it.
-
Its going to take time. Results come with consistency. Ollie a good fitness program, and a healthy eating plan and you will see results. Always do something challenging. The body always wants to adapt. Don't let it :)

Apologies. Receive a abundant amount of questions. Send it again and I'll be sure to answer it!

6lbs a week is healthy for an extremely overweight individual. The 6 lbs is usually in the first week as its mostly water weight. After that it subsides to healthy levels of 2-4 lbs per week. That is when my clients learn to maintain their weight.

Will reply to messages as quickly as I can. Can post them in this thread as well!

Refeeds are good For when cutting. Most people jus want overall health and aren't looking to look like fitness models. So therefore they need to adopt a lifestyle diet. Not one were they worry about having to refeed every now and then an worry about starving themselves with no carbs. It's supposed to be enjoyable; that's…

Powder. Better digestion. Results are imparitive not only what goes in your body, but what your able to digest.
-
Why low carb? Being on a low carb diet for a prolonged amount of time will eventually slow your metabolism and cause the risk of muscle loss.
-
How many calories do you take in? This can help come up with a better solution.

A nice flat belly is made in the kitchen. Your diet must be in check for it to happen. It's not cardio; it's not crunches; it's what goes in your mouth day in and day out on a consistent basis. I cut down to low single digit bodyfat without any cardio. What I did do was track what went into my mouth every single day and I…

Depends how fast you dropped down and the problem could be not fat per se but excess skin. But to answer your question the last place fat comes off on most people is the area you described. If you've gotten to where you are continue on the same path. Workout harder, and continue to eat effectively. Don't starve yourself…

She asked if cutting out breads and junk foods has helped her. I replied yes. She said nothing about asking me about her calorie intake.
-
Do free weights. Machines are useless unless you can effectively use them with the proper amount of weight to feel sore. Free weights engage much more muscles which speeds up your metabolism for a few hours more so than weights.
-
IF is an effective way to shred body fat. I've actually tried it a few weeks but I am way too active for a diet of that measure. Depends on personal preference. If trying to build up I wouldn't use it though. I do however wait a half hour to an hour after rising to eat my first meal
-
Sounds like your on a good path! Diet is more than half the battle when trying to get toned. You must also do some type of resistance workouts such as weights, nothin major heavy, but enough to feel a burn. This will build up muscle bellies causing them to show more.
-
Why thank you :)

Cutting them out has probably helped a bit, but the end goal is a caloric deficit. Sounds like your on a good path. Stick to it. Eat nutritious foods 80 percent of the time nad have your one or two meals, not days, a week to enjoy and live life.
