If you are struggling with 1200, up your calories. MFP seems to give 1200 automatically. I see many people at 1600-1800 who are fine and still at a deficit. If you aren't comfortable you can always do like 1500 or do that road map thing...never tried that though.

Not everyone eats all of their calories back, but you need to be at the very least eating back to be over 1200. You have to give your body more than three days to adjust. Depends on what low carb is to you. I sometimes eat two eggs sunny side up on multigrain english muffin, spring mix salad and a slice of avacado. Totals to about 31g of carb for the meal.

Thank you guys for the advice!! I will check my form and see if I can strengthen my knee's and better warmups to see if thats the issue. I recently got this knee strengthening dvd so I hope it works. I am not sure why you have gained weight since you seem to be at a deficit, but here are some guesses. If you aren't drinking enough water, up it. Everyone's body is different. Maybe her body does not respond to eating a higher amount of calories. 1200 calories is fine AS LONG as you are eating ALL of your calories back from exercise. 1500 is still deficit so you will continue to lose weight eating that much. Adjust your calories to maintenance or you will probably continue to lose weight =/

You seem to be intaking enough calories, but I noticed you don't really eat a lot of veggies and fruit. You should try to eat more greens and natural food.
