I have a cheat meal each week and it does not effect my weight loss at all. In fact, it seems to boost my metabolism for some reason. But I still exercise on my cheat meal day, so perhaps that makes a difference. Don't beat yourself up about it. Have something each week that you really like.

I have Hypothyroidism. It can make it a bit harder to lose weight, so you need to make sure you are on the right dosage. I drink water, sugar free juice mix occasionaly and a can of diet soda about once a week. Soda will kill your efforts to diet. It's the total carbs in the drink you should worry about because that includes the sugar. Do yourself a favor and kill the soda or maybe have 1 diet soda a day if its a bad addiction :(

You can gain weight if you eat over your calorie limit regardless of what you are eating. Fruits and veggies are very good for you, but everything you put in your body has sugars, fats, carbs and calories. If you are not burning the calories off to atleast your maintenance calories, then you'll probably gain weight.

I think you look wonderful, and even though i cannot see your thighs or legs I bet they are very nice. You could 1- embrace those sexy curvy legs and thighs or 2- do a lot of leg exercises. Get those leg muscles to firm up. But do not lose weight because you will begin to look too skinny and you want to be healthy.

MFP puts you on very low sugar macro. Just ignore it. As long as you dont have any carb or sugar restrictions you should be able to have a good amount of fruits etc. I don't even count my sugar, I just count carbs because realistically thats where its going anyway.
