I think 1200 is ok if you don't go under it consistently and eat back all your exercise calories. You don't want to hurt your body in the long run. I think it all depends on where you lose weight as well. Unfortunately the body sometimes starts with other body parts. I have lost 35 lbs and I started off with really tight skinny jeans that I could barely breathe in. Now they are useless to me because they look like baggy hobo pants. Don't worry it will come!!

I know what you are saying. But in real life I know a lot of guys who like women with more meat to them. But that might be because I am surrounded more by men that are from a different culture. I am Latina, so I noticed that ethnic men (not all) tend to like a women who is curvy or even one's that have more weight to them.

I don't have a cheat day, but a cheat meal. I think it's a bit harder to recover from eating whatever you want all day, then eating one meal you really wanted. Doesn't effect my weightloss and seems to help me lose.

You are doing fine. Not everyone loses 2 lb's a week. Unfortunately it's a slow process. Believe me you will know when you hit a plateau, because it seriously is like a standstill and sometimes you will even go up in weight. You are fine, no worries.
