Your sodium is high, and you go over on carbs. Carbs are good for you but not in excess, especially if you aren't working out right now. Keep trying and you'll be fine :) Just tweek your diet a little. Maybe you are retaining water.

Eh, you'll be just fine! I have a cheat meal every week that actually seems to get my metabolism going. You should prolly not do whole days of over eating though lol. Just have something you really wanted once a week :)

You need to find another doctor before your insurance ends. Get them to do a full physical including thyroid. Why don't you do yourself a huge favor and toss the pills out now? You shouldn't be downing them anyway. I know you have an eating disorder, but you have to push yourself to do the right thing for your body.

I have a splurge meal once a week and it seems to actually help me lose weight. I wouldn't worry about a heavy day if I were you. Just eat your normal calories today. Do not go under just to compensate. You shouldn't gain weight just by overeating one day. Plus you look wonderful, no need to panic :)

I think it's best (for me) to eat breakfast. But I usually have something thats not high in calories or a bunch of junk. But to each his own.

um...I just don't get why it even bothers you. If you look fab, flaunt it. They are probably either jealous or resentful and you honestly don't need to even associate with people like that. Eat the way you feel comfortable and don't worry about what others think.

15g per snack is good :)~ They also have low carb yogurt. Pretty much anything 15g and under is a good snack idea if you are watching carbs. I'm sure there are people who have more though. I just know because I am watching carb for glucose reasons.

I'm at 1200 calories as well, what helps me is that I have a cheat ,meal every week which I think boosts my metabolism. Try not to stick UNDER 1200, eat 1200 and above. I have one cheat meal on friday. I don't gorge, I just have something I really want and have the whole thing. This actually seems to help losing weight.
